InfoWars and Jones are facing numerous lawsuits from the families of the victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting, which Jones wrongly declared was a scam. Jones filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas on Sunday, according to Reuters. In addition to InfoWars, two additional companies linked with Jones, IWHealth and Prison Planet Television, likewise filed for bankruptcy.

InfoWars and Jones are dealing with numerous claims from the households of the victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting, which Jones wrongly declared was a scam. Jones submitted for Chapter 11 personal bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas on Sunday, according to Reuters. In addition to InfoWars, two additional business linked with Jones, IWHealth and Prison Planet Television, also filed for insolvency.
