Jennifer Lopezs upcoming Netflix documentary Halftime will do more than stream online. It will debut at the Tribeca Film Festival in June as the occasions opener. Roughly 90 minutes long, the documentray will take advantage of Lopezs Latina heritage and highlight her resolve the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show. According to the Tribeca film fest, the documentary follows Lopez “as she assesses her turning points and evolution as an artist, and browses the 2nd half of her profession continuing to captivate, motivate and empower.” Halftime formally arrives on Netflix on June 14 however will mark its world best at the New York City film festival on June 8. Lopez and Netflix posted a teaser on social networks with a link to the film page on the streaming platform..

Lopezs film will screen uptown in Washington Heights– simply miles away from the Bronx area where she was raised. The documentary news comes simply days after Lopez and actor Ben Affleck revealed their 2nd engagement.
