DeLorean

Great morning and welcome back! I hope you enjoyed it if you had time off yesterday. And if you didnt, I hope you endured your Monday.

Due to Memorial Day, it was a relatively peaceful tech news day, but we did get a glimpse at a new DeLorean. Yes, DeLorean Motor Company is making an EV. The four-seater Alpha5 must arrive with a 100kWh battery pack, capable of 0 to 60MPH in 2.99 seconds, and a heady $175,000 rate.
It will not be constructed by the original DeLorean people but by a Texas business that purchased the rights to the DeLorean name and extra parts. Anticipate gullwing doors, a futuristic profile and a total style from the same studio that sketched the original DeLorean. Anticipate more details later on today.
